PRICES UP WHILE SALES WERE DOWN
The median sales price for a home in Denver from Dec 10, 2010 to Feb 11, 2011 was $179,000 based on 1,717 home sales. Compared to the same period a year ago, the median home sales price increased 2.3%, or $4,000, while the number of home sales actually decreased 19.9%.
